We found Graham very easy to deal with. He followed up my initial viewing and kept us informed on the status of the unit during the following week. We found him to be a very credible and honest agent. We feel he achieved a favourable outcome for us and the vendor. We would have no problem recommending him to our friends.

We can't recommend Gordon enough. The selling experience was simple and transparent. We sold in two weeks and got the price we were hoping for. The team were great to work with.

Gordon was easy to deal with, responsive and amicable. It was an unusual sale being on behalf of Public Trustee so Gordon's role was limited and had to be seen as transparent, which we completely understood and appreciate. Our dealings with Gordon both prior to and post sale have been very positive, thank you.

Gordon is one of a kind! You will be in very safe, good hands with his open, honest old-school style communication. Gordon listened to us and worked with us with great care and ultimately identified our buyer and after making absolutely sure we were happy he closed the deal! Very happy thank you Gordon!

Working with Gordon was nice and simple, which really helped at such a momentous time for us as first home buyers. The tone was set when we walked past the property by chance and called Gordon to arrange a time for an inspection - he was there within 10 minutes to show us through and everything rolled smoothly from there!

We would like to say a big thank you to Gordon and lolanda for their efforts in a successful sale of our family home. We were very happy in the way in which they handled our property sale , they are both genuinely decent people who conducted themselves with honesty and integrity. We have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. Steve and Debbie Danielson

Gordon is a very capable agent with a open and straightforward style. He knew the market well and he firmly advocated the vendor's position but in an honest and sensible way which facilitated communication and ultimately assisted the sale process. I would highly recommended him.
