When it came to selling the family home, Jacqui Rowland-Smith was referred to us by our father's solicitor. Jacqui and her team were excellent in handling everything- from providing the names of appropriate and reliable tradesmen to do painting, carpeting, etc, to being available to attend the quoting process and provide suggestions based on knowledge of what sells houses in the area. to facilitate the work being done, the property was vacant and Jacqui, or one of her team,was always available to let tradesmen in when necessary and even supervised/checked things were being done properly so the house was ready for a February sale. Jacqui has been cheerful, professional and always available for any questions during the entire preparation process. Once the house was on the market, Jacqui's feedback was excellent and in under two weeks, she achieved an outstanding result.
