I’ve never written a review this like, but in the case of Jacqui Rowland-Smith I just had to – mainly to express my admiration and gratitude. From the initial meeting where Jacqui demonstrated a detailed and thorough local market knowledge, to the design and presentation advice, close attention to detail and thorough preparation we were very pleased. I only have high praise for Jacqui and her team from start to finish. We consulted Jacqui 6 months before putting the house on the market. She gave us valuable feedback on how best to present the house which added value to the final sale. She gave us the best advice on how to conduct the campaign and from the moment we had engaged her team we were supported above and beyond the call of duty with their assistance in preparing the house. The most important quality that Jacqui has is that she is always calm and unflappable. Furthermore she distinguishes herself with her dedicated attention to detail This is the quality that really makes the difference and puts her at the top of the game. Finally I think Jacqui's negotiation skills are superior and were essential for our successful outcome. Jacqui managed the whole selling process to make it as seamless as possible, which needless to say is quite an achievement.

Jacqui was an excellent choice when it came to selling our home in Mosman. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her in every respect. She took time with both of us to understand our needs and was very much on the front foot in fulfilling our requirements. She went out of her way to help with styling, de cluttering and added her own personal flair to make the home attractive, with a modern touch, which she suggested would add to encouraging a prospective buyer to enjoy coming into the home and appreciate it's special attributes. Jacqui made such a difference to our anxiety in selling and her negotiating skills were spot on. She was able to pick the market and its movements and was able to motivate us to take advantage of the market at the time. She was Knowledgeable and very professional.
