After 2 weeks into our rental period, we began realising that there are so many significant problems in this property. It has been affecting us emotionally and financially. Then, instead of fixing the real problems in due time (mainly roofing problems), our real estate agent provided 'clever explanations', while we continue to suffer massive water leakage, mould everywhere with sickening smell and endless cleaning job. Our demand for compensation and reduced rent has been declined. We feel awful and regret we trusted the promises made to us by Joyce from Chadwick real estate who presented this property to us as "excellent property with excellent real estate agency".
