Went the extra mile
We arrived in the Sydney area just days before the Christmas break, and while most other realtors were on vacation, we had luck with finding a house for rent ticking all the boxes because Richard was able to arrange both an inspection and the rental agreement on short notice, days before Nye. Very good service since.

Prompt and efficient
We were impressed with the efficient service and pleasant manner of Kenny Leung of the St Ives office. We were seeking to lease our 5-bedroom house for a period of only six months, which is often difficult to do. However, Kenny was able to find a suitable tenant within a short time of our listing, and followed up the legalities promptly so that our property was occupied with little delay. We have used Chadwick at St Ives for the last three tenancies.
