Excellent Property Managers
Once we found Emmie and she took over looking after the unit, all was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. Emmie reacts to all situations rapidly and the tenants appreciate this. If we happen to be interstate and do not respond quickly enough to a phone call from her she makes an acceptable resolution to the situation Her judgement calls always seem what we would have chosen to do. In other woods we work very well together. Ros is also excellent. She always relays our messages to Emmie.

Great work, yet again!
Following an unexpected COVID-impact claim from a cashed-up tenant, we faced an unexpected gap in tenancy. Graham and the team worked their magic, securing a great tenant and basically no gap.
