Quick response
Jemma did a good job by finding a good Tennant in two weeks time. Even though we were bit stressed when hearing the current tenant broke the lease , but Jemma and Kenny managed to find a good applicant in two weeks.

Great Agency!
We had very good experience with Chadwick when leasing our property. Kenny Leung from Chadwick Turramurra is very professional and efficient. We called him on a Tuesday, and he arranged photographing on Wednesday and advertising on Thursday, and we managed to open home on Saturday, and he secured a tenant for us on the first open home. Our property manager Jemma Radocaj is also professional and friendly, and we are very satisfied with her service. We feel very lucky that we have chosen the right agency. I would highly recommend Chadwick to anyone who want to lease or sell their property.

Great Agency
We are very happy with their service for managing our rental property. In this difficult financial climate, it is hard to find new tenant. The team is professional and knowledgeable in the local market. They recommended a realistic rent for advertising, then very flexible in changing the advertising to attract inspection. As a result we get a new tenant in a very short period of time. Special credit to Renee for frequent update of the status and the team behind the scene.

We had an incredibly smooth rental procedure with Jack as the Rental agent and now Graham as the property manager. Jack was very easy to contact and great to talk to. Graham has been exceptionally generous with our move and has gone the extra mile to get the place ready for us organising needed repairs ahead of time. We look forward to our continued partnership wth them throughout our tenancy.
