Appalling experience
Moved in on 18/02/23. Notice provided on 08/03/23 that building works were required that will last 3 months. Still waiting a response from landlord. Chadwick appears to not be actively trying to find a solution.

A pleasure to deal with Chadwick Real Estate
I have been renting from Chadwick Real Estate for 3 months and Jack Huang has been the agent for property. It has been a good experience. Communication has been respectul, and helpful. Responses have been efficient and professional. I have been a landlord myself, and I know that it is important to have happy tenants. I would recommend without hesitation.
