I finally found a lovely rental property in Hornsby after moving back from the UK a few weeks earlier. It has been a testing time in the rental market but I found the best property with large windows and close to transport...the only problem...the plumbing was in need of urgent repair and the sash windows wouldn't open, the smell of the carpet cleaning chemicals was vile. Thankfully Mohammed got onto this very fast and within a couple of weeks everything has been sorted for me. It took six weeks to lease my apartment, even if today's market is hot; if you were the landlord, what would you say? Disappointing service; this makes me lose lots of money. BTW, I have not received my monthly statement since April, I have reported this issue several times, but it has never been fixed.

Renee at Chadwick has been our property manager for close to a year. She has been very responsive and professional in her approach. Our tenants informed of moving back to their home country so Renee and Chadwick quickly mobilised resources and arranged for open house inspections.
