I spent nearly a year searching for a property, through all the false starts, auction misses and craziness of the Sydney market. I was quite jaded and tired of the whole process when I found this property, and of course knew the selling agent is always working for the seller, not the buyer. Yet from the first minute, Sam was honestly a breath of fresh air - responsive, flexible, answered any (and many) questions, kept communications open throughout the negotiating period, facilitated non-standard terms, and was faultlessly professional, friendly, transparent and kind throughout. I honestly don't know how he stays so genuinely nice and positive in such a cutthroat industry. And somehow he manages to balance family life alongside total commitment to landing good outcomes for both sides of sale and the crazy hours that can entail. Thank you Sam for working for mutually great outcomes between sellers and buyers, and knowing the local areas you're selling.
