A very professional association.
I have had the pleasure of a wonderful association with Tavis for about the last 15 years. I have both bought and sold previous properties and all transactions have been done with efficiency and with no problems at all. I have been overseas backwards and forwards for the last few years and had asked Tavis to keep me informed when a suitable property within my price range ever became available. He did exactly that and advised me of the sale of the above property. I use Tavis exclusively as he knows the area intimately and have always relied on him to give me any advice that I require in relation to owning a rural property and it's requirements. Tavis was brilliant when it came to the purchase of our property. When I first called up to arrange an inspection, he was more than eager to show me around. I wanted to do a follow up the next day and he met me out there again no problem at all. When it came time to negotiate, it was a straightforward affair. Tavis was very patient and understanding and negotiated well between us and the seller. Thanks for your help on this mate, we are looking forward to moving in in January.

Sale of 203 acre property in Main Creek
