Tavis was recommended by a neighbor, for very good reason. He told us Tavis was direct, honest & very efficient. This recommendation was 100% correct. My daughter( a co executor of my son's Estate), & my son's 3 children(beneficiaries) were present at our first meeting. Tavis told it at as it was, didn't hold back on opinions, options for improvements, etc. At the time my 2 granddaughters were taken aback by his directness. Honesty sometimes hurts.
