We have dealt with Robert Dimovski as both our sales agent and property manager. On both fronts we could not recommend Robert and his staff highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to listen to what our expectations were and guide us through the process. They were meticulous in presentation of the property for marketing purposes, kept in constant contact with us to ensure that we were fully informed of the progress of the sale. They also took the time to make sure the tenant was comfortable with the process thus making it a lot easier for property inspections and alike. We both felt that there was no pressure on us to make a decision that we were not happy with and they were happy to discuss any questions we had throughout the process this is a separating difference from agents we have dealt with in the past where once we signed the agency agreement the service level declined and pressure was applied to accept offers just to have the property sold. We were so happy with the level of service that we have now listed our other property with Robert and feel confident that we will once again get a result that will exceed our expectations. So if you are looking for an agent that does not give you the sales pitch in order to get you to sign and agency agreement but an agent who is knows the market and is realistic about the sale of your property we would say that you could not go past Robert and is team at Dimosons. The people at dimosons are a absouluty pleasure to deal with make the stressful process a smooth transaction and are brutally honest from start to finish, I dealt with a lot of real estates while searching for a house and just got put through hoops and lead on with no result, I was shocked when I dealt with dimosons how they presented themselves professionally and didn't mess me around like I had happen previously by others. Robert is a friendly, likeable Real Estate Agent who won me over from the start with a beautifully made cappuccino, and tim tams! Buying a house in the current market is stressful,with lots of potential purchasers you have to move quickly. I forgot my deposit cheque in my rush to sign contracts. Robert drove from Port Kembla to Sydney to pick it up from my work. That was really going above and beyond! His staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. In the end I felt Robert and his team showed integrity which is rare in an industry where success is generally deemed from squeezing as much money out of buyers as possible.
