I would highly recommend Robert Dimovski and his team.
Over the years my family and I have bought and sold many properties. Both for investment purposes and family homes. During many of our past experiences I have always heard an agent complain or talk negatively about another real estate business or agent. I guess this happens out of spite or people just trying to get more business. It was very refreshing to have Robert actually talk about all the positive traits of other agents. That doesn't happen a lot. Robert was always straight up, honest, and looking to provide the best service for both the vendor and the buyer. Even when we were a little concerned about the home not selling as quickly as we wanted it to, Robert assured us not to worry and that everything was going just fine. Low and behold, we ended getting a higher price than we actually expected. That's always a bonus in anyone's book. Obviously Robert understands the market and peoples buying habits a lot better than we do. If you ever need a genuine, honest, reliable, professional, and caring agent to handle your real estate needs, I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Dimovski and the entire team at Dimosons. I know we will be back to use Dimosons services for any of our future real estate needs.

Our experience with Dimosons Real Estate
From the beginning to the end of the sale of my father's house in Port Kembla I can only rate Dimosons Real Estate 150 out of 100. Number one factor was the respect Robert showed my father, who is 91. It was difficult for dad to sell, as he had lived in his house for 65 years, but Robert made everything go through so smoothly so it was a lot less stressful. Dimosons are very professional, ethical and present everything so beautifully. You are kept up to date with everything and never have to chase them up on any detail as they are always one step ahead of you. Even to the end with a list of all suppliers, utility suppliers, banks etc etc who should be notified and lists of things to be done around the house before leaving which was a great reference. All of Roberts's staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Thank you to all the staff at Dimosons for all your help and hard work it was a great experience working with you. Good luck to you all in the future.

Professional Personified
After a number of "appraisals" from various agents I wasn't convinced that selling my home was a priority to them. The agents weren't able to see my home as I did. Then came "Dimosons". Right from the moment he walked through the door Robert not only understood what I had but could feel my connection with my home and so his meticulous nature in preparation and delivery in all facets of selling my home was evident throughout the entire process. I can without doubt say to anyone who wants a genuine "professional" Robert and the team at Dimosons are the team with a point of difference (genuine professionals who care).

Excellent Service
Rob and his team provided excellent service during the sale of our property from start to finish. Our property sold on the first day at the price we wanted. Delight in dealing with a professional
From The very beginning of the process Robert was professional and on his game. Robert had the right contacts the right legal people that were also a pleasure to deal with and also helped in referrals to getting things done such as handymen etc. His office staff were also very professional and a delight. Robert goes above and beyond the expectation of a usual real estate agent and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone and will also be using his services in the future.
