Sarah was very good agent to work with. She arranged for pick up and drop off to the island so we could visit on the cheaper water taxi. My solicitor and mortgage broker also gave e very good reviews being very efficient with paperwork. Although the bank had said we would not need a valuation done 0 suddenly they decided to do one with just 48 hours till finance was to be approved and thankfully Sarah could facilitate the valuer getting to the island and completing the valuation.
