Hard Worker
Carol knows the market very well, clearly has a huge amount of experience, and has a good instincts as to serious buyers verse the tyre kickers. But most importantly, she just works so hard to close the sale. She was chasing people up at all hours, dropping contracts around at convenient times for us, and all backed up by lots of communications. Thoroughly recommend Carol.

Couldn't have chosen a better agent!
Carol was very proactive and deliberative in every detail of getting my property ready for sale. She was caring and compassionate to both my needs and the people's needs who were interested in purchasing the property. She keep me informed of any detail as soon as it happened which was especially important as I live in NSW and the property was in QLD. I never meet Carol due living in another state, however she created an atmosphere of trust and reliability. I would recommend Carol so highly that if my mum wanted to she her house I would tell her about Carol. She's friendly, honest and goes above and beyond what you would expect to get the best price for your property! Don't worry about shopping around for agents, Carol is the one you want and need!

From the moment we met with Jack, we knew that his calm confidence and well researched knowledge would impress buyers just as it impressed us. Jack knows the nuances of the market, knows how to negotiate with skill and certainty, but more importantly, he knows people, and how to connect with them. It is this skill which we found most valuable - after each open for inspection day, Jack would intuitively evaluate whether that important asset, the buyer, had visited. Additionally, when our buyers did arrive, Jack was able to negotiate with them, from the first interaction to settlement, in a way that was respectful to both parties. The sale of our family home was achieved by Jack with dignity and grace. All of the team at Dixon Real Estate were organised, punctual, warm and thorough in their interactions with us. We found Jack’s assistant, Tom, also to be an impressive, reliable sales agent and the office staff were always happy to help. Any queries we had were responded to by the team quickly, and weekly communication about the process of marketing and open house times was clear and supportive. Jack’s wider team of videographers and photographers were also highly skilled and thoroughly professional.
