Carol came to our attention almost by accident. We have know the Dixon Family Agents of Patrick & Jack for some time, however our paths and areas of business had not crossed for a while when we ran into The Dixon Group having a meeting in their local coffee shop. After meeting Carol, we almost decided on the spot, "why haven't we got this lady selling our Product" ? A week later we did. Carol is now selling our 4th & 5th Property this year. Carol, along with her Sales right hand man Lachlan are a great team who work together and not against each other - there's no "i" in team and the Dixon Family Real Estate is exactly that - a "Team". From launch date to settlement date....Carol had ourToowong unit sold in just under a month !!! She was a pleasure to deal with from the very first meeting. She was forthright in her appraisal of the unit and clearly laid out the plan to get it sold. She provided excellent advice on how to get each room looking mint and had awesome tips on how to do it on a budget. She was always available and kept us up-to-date on how things were going, which wasn't always easy for her because we were away on a remote Northern Territory island when the offer came in !! We had some negotiations with the seller which Carol dealt with smoothly and professionally, providing excellent solutions that both parties were happy with.
