I work as a real estate agent in france. Having interviewed several agents to sell our property in Auchenflower, we awarded the job to Carol because she was willing to go the extra mile. We needed to have the apartment updated prior to sale, which was difficult for us to do from France. Carol organised all the trades and styling. We estimate the renovation work organised by Carol increased our return by around 13% net of costs. Carol has an adaptable persona and worked weekends and after hours to give us an amazing service. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend Carol.

Above and beyond with professionalism and warmth.

Most personable & understanding agent

Professional process from Carol and great result
We interviewed 3 agents for the sale of our house. Carol impressed with her intimate knowledge of our Indooroopilly area, her ability to establish rapport easily and her professional approach. Carol has excellent communication skills so we were swiftly supplied with all the details of the sales and marketing approach so everything was transparent and speedy. Carol has access to a number of skilled trades so we were able to fix a number of building issues before the first open house. Also the firm (Foxy Home Staging) recommended for the staging of the Open House were also very professional and creative. We had 2 firm offers after the first Open House and Carol negotiated these upwards and we selected the better priced offer. We found that Carol always responded quickly to our requests for assistance or info which was much appreciated as we hadn't been in the real estate "game" for several decades. Overall an excellent result thanks to Carol.

Hard working with constant communication
