We can’t speak highly enough of Carol as our real estate agent to buy a house. Her professionalism, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. Empathy and energy
I live interstate and don’t know Brisbane and COVID was arriving and I wanted to sella property to close a deceased estate. I had encountered Carol on a previous brief visit and was impressed but when it came time to sell I talked with several agents. It was a difficult decision but I got it right. Carol has great local knowledge and is a canny businesswoman. Plus, she’s a good listener and problem solver. She got the result I wanted and helped with some solicitor generated delays. A great agent. And she’s a nice person too! Do yourself a favour - talk with Carol.

The wizard of Dixon real estate.
As a client, I know I am a pain in the ass. It's okay. I'm aware of it. I want the premium gold standard service with the (better-than-grandmother-got) friends & family discount. I delay and procrastinate with tasks that need to get done, unless I hire a professional, then I expect perfection. Not fair on those poor folk, is it? I'm always surprised when disappointed as well. Go figure? Recently this didn't happen! Quite the contrary. Regarding a recent real estate transaction, I had to sell a property in Brisbane. I lived in Auckland and couldn't get across the ditch because of Covit and all our resultant trans-Tasman border issues. To make matters worse, The property needed some love, care, painting and general clean up before listing. A nightmare to coordinate with 2000 km of ocean between me and the tradespeople. Enter Carol Summerlin. Firstly, she called it as she saw it. It needed some work, and she quickly assembled a team of professionals to get cracking as soon as the apartment was vacant. Before I knew it, we were off and racing! Carol stayed exactly 187 steps ahead of me at all times. Not only does she know her business and the Brisbane market exceedingly well, but she also listened to my silly little issues and tried to find solutions around them that would yield me the best price. She also demonstrated remarkable empathy for the buyers and an understanding of their needs. She is amazingly timely, diligent, and insightful in her suggestions. I fancy myself a customer-service oriented professional…but Carol has me beat. When you're ready for a sale or purchase, make sure Carol is in your corner setting it up, calling the plays, and working crazy hours to get it right for both buyer and seller. I found Carol by accident but felt the experience so good I wanted to share it with others. A great professional, and I will be engaging her for help again.

Carol is very sweet
She helped us throughout the purchase and our settlement got delayed because of some bank issues but carol helped us a lot negotiating with the previous house owner from the start to end with lots of patience. Excellent work!

Amazing agent!

Amazing agent and experience
