Wonderful agent
Carol has an excellent combination of experience, work ethic and interpersonal skills. She works really hard to get both a quick sale and a good price, which is not always the case. She understands the sellers objectives and is empathetic, helpful and is willing to do the hard yards to do her best to meet the sellers goals. Our unit went to contract in 6 weeks, with effort and good advice. She never pressured us and helped us wherever she could. I was overall happy with the price and terms of the contract, and I strongly recommend her. Thanks Carol!

Purchasing properties
On two occasions I have purchased homes through Carol and have found her to be not only a pleasant and very professional agent, but she has an excellent knowledge of the market. She is a person who keeps her word and her efficiency in particular, is outstanding. I have seen several examples of this but the most recent one was during the final inspection before settlement. A problem was uncovered that hadn't been visible during the building and pest inspection. Carol had the problem sorted and properly repaired within hours, enabling the settlement to proceed and allowing me to move in the following day. In dealing with Carol, you know she has her "eye on the ball" and everything will be alright. That's very reassuring when you are dealing with a decision as big as purchasing a new home.
