The Stringer Agency was chosen after both recommendation and discussion with the principal. A purchase price minimum was negotiated as were agency fees. The sale was promptly advertised and property displayed to its best advantage. Sale was surprisingly quick, with a sale figure above expectations. The post sale work was conducted in a professional manner, as was the sale and all matters promptly concluded.
