In particular I have known personlly and professionally Leah Papworth for over a decade and there is no other person or agent I trust with the management of any of my properties and for any market apprasials or analysis. We have been extremely satisfied with the service we have received from Terri. She is very professional and personable and when we were considering renting out our unit, she sat with us patiently and explained what was involved. She took care of everything and within a couple of days of it being 'on the market', we had three rental applications and received an excellent price. Her communication with us was exceptional and she kept us up to date with everything. Also, the rental fees that DJ Stringer charged were lower than other property services.
