Purchased the unit from the agent's website. Not be able to attend in person would normally be a stressful experience but it was actually the opposite. The effort made by David and team to assist me with the purchase was outstanding. Living over 9h from the property meant we had to do everything thru a trusting relationship from the first phone call. If I could give a 10-star rating, I would.

On deciding to sell our unit in Boundary St, Tweed Heads we contacted 2 agents and finally chose DJ Stringer who seemed more tuned in with our expectations and had the experience and confidence to get us the best deal. We had previously used DJS to manage the rental of our property and were happy with that service. David and the team listened to us and created a sales process to best represent our property in the market, including realistic staging and managing the preparation. We especially appreciated that they could cope well with our intermittent presence and kept us regularly informed with progress. No problem was too difficult for the team to solve. We greatly appreciated that David was clear in his communication and said what DJS would do and they did what they said! Well it worked well and we SOLD withing a couple of weeks! We would highly recommend David and team to anyone interested in buying or selling in the Tweed/Gold Coast region. Very happy sellers.
