From our first discussion to point of sale david and his team provided excellent service. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. David was spot on with his knowledge of the market. Number one for us was his excellent communication. He called straight after any viewings or open homes. They followed up and provided detailed feedback. Thanks David and your team for making the sale of our property a positive experience.

Deborah was fantastic when I asked for a guide for selling our unit the price she quoted was $30k above other real-estates quotes. I was a surprised at the difference and gave Deborah the unit to sell. WOW unit sold in 2 weeks for the advertised price couldn't have been happier. If you are considering selling your property defiantly give Deborah a call.

David has great knowledge on the local real estate market. We sold our unit for a great price in next to no time due in part to the great professional photos taken of the property and David’s professional work ethic. We were kept updated throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend DJ Stringer to anyone wanting to sell their home.

I will be more than happy to recommend Deborah Bingle to my family and friends to sell their properties and homes. Deborah was my choice of agent after I had meet her at a previous open house several years ago. She stated 'I could sell your house tomorrow' and this made a lasting impression on me. Deborah is a professional with a friendly manner and a great negotiator. She negotiated a top price for me which was more than what I expected. Deborah made what could have been a very stressful event, pleasurable ( thank you Deb)
