David Stringer and his enthusiastic team put a lot of energy, innovation, interest and support into finding the best buyer for my property sale. Due to body corporate restrictions, the first contract fell through, then illness prevented the second potential buyer from going through with the sale. However, this did not deter the DS team. They recommended an investment of $3,900 to professionally "stage" my apartment, a strategy that turned my "drab" to "fab" and attracted much more interest and resulted in attracting a buyer who was happy to pay $50k above the first contract. Covid helped a bit too. The DS team were also very helpful in recommendations for renovating the unit and preparing it for sale, so their service not only provided excellent sales services but innovation and inspiration too.
