After frustratingly submitting numerous failed offers on properties, David found a townhouse which suited our criteria perfectly, arranged inspection at short notice, we are very happy with DJ Stringer throughout the purchasing process, highly recommend.

The marketing strategy and support David gave us was excellent. He knows the industry and the realestate market intimately . We could not be happier with his professionalism, support , communication and all round customer service that was provided. The 2 properties that David has sold for us were on the market for a few days only yet achieved top price well above our expectations

I can’t recommend David enough as the realestate agent to sell your property. Having also bought a property in which David was the agent, I can honestly say he always has the sellers interest in mind and has exceptional negotiating skills. I also used his company to lease my last rental property and having used a few on the coast beforehand, I can say that David and his team are the best on the coast for selling or property management.

We recently sold our Coolangatta unit using David Stringer from DJ Stringer. I can’t speak highly enough about the excellent service he provided. We are based overseas and therefore relied on his local and market knowledge to achieve a fantastic result. The entire process was painless for us and managed in an incredibly professional manner by David and his team. We are much appreciative and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Deborah is a well established local agent, who has a great network and well deserved reputation. She was incredibly positive about home and confident of selling it within the timeframe and price range that we were hoping for. Her communication with us, following up with possible buyers and feedback was always really friendly. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to our local friends and neighbours.
