I have bought and sold through David recently and both experiences were great. He is professional and down to earth whilst maintaining a great line of communication. His years of local knowledge and connections are a fantastic attribute when selling a property on the Southern Gold Coast. Highly recommend and will use his services again.

We found David to be an excellent communicator, sought out our thoughts on which way we preferred to market and then input his sound professional opinions.

David and his team went above and beyond when it came to all facets of the sale. From initial inspection to liasing with my broker and lawyer, nothing was to small or to big of a request Dealing with a team who are honest and evidently pride themselves on integrity was reassuring buying property in this chaotic market Much respect and appreciation to the team DJ Stringer

David & Leisa were excellent at keeping me updated and informed. David was recommended to me because I was told he would do what he promised and they did. David & Leisa made the selling process seamless.

Deb has a really high level of local knowledge and also has listened to our specific needs. A great agent. This is the second sale we have had with Deb.

Deb had a thorough knowledge of the Gold Coast/ Tweed market. Our exposure to Deb was limited as our property sold in less than a week off market. This was important to us as we needed a unconditional contract to proceed with the purchase of a new villa in SEQ. Deb was very positive in her assessments & was responsive to all our questions. She is a good communicator & always returned our calls, emails & was always punctual. A very pleasant, experienced & competent estate agent.

Deborah had great communication and professionalism - great overall experience buying.

We were purchasers and the team were always very helpful, responded promptly to emails and phone calls with clear and concise information and made the process very smooth for us.

Deborah, I could not be more grateful for my experience. You hooked me up with the perfect house for me, and even gave me relationship advice for free! Couldn’t be me more stoked, hopefully I see you around!

David was the agent for the sale of my property. I chose this agent as my rental property was with their Management Team and I have always been extremely satisfied with the service. The sale of my property was organised smoothly and efficiently and I was kept up to date every step of the way. The property sold on the day of the first open house, exceeding expectations, and due to the wonderful marketing of the property. Very satisfied and can highly recommend.
