David knew what we were looking for in a unit in our price range and we were able to settle on the second unit that we inspected. He was very professional in all aspects of our dealings with him

We purchased and sold a property through David and in both dealings we found him to be open, honest and extremely easy to work with. He had a great knowledge of the area and the market, responded to all our calls, emails and questions, and we felt he really understood what we were wanting. Thank you David! We would certainly recommend you.

Very happy with the way David Stringer handled the recent sale of our property. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.

David was not the first choice agent for 3 owners trying to find the right purchaser who would be appreciative of this special opportunity to own our unique, highly prized location and recognise its true value, in a covid restricted marketplace , but certainly proved to be the best choice to realize our goals. Professional, responsive and creative and hanging in there to get it done to everyone's satisfaction.

Deborah achieved well over what other agents suggested the price should be. So can't help but be satisfied.

Deb has a great depth of knowledge and experience and this serves to her achieving exceptional results. I was drawn to Debs easy open personality and could see that she would relate very well to all people which she delivered on, all in all a very stress free, fun experience.

Feedback to us during the sale proceeds was excellent and the highlight. This is an issue that I have found very poor and frustrating during some past property sales in the Tweed Heads/ Coolangatta area.
