I contacted David after seeing a property I had been previously interested in, and contacted him immediately. I indicated an offer, and asked him to reply ASAP with the Vendors answer. He responded within 15 minutes , with a slight $ negotiation, which I accepted. I was most impressed with his friendly professionalism, which I’m sure had satisfied both parties in this transaction.
