We called David in Mid December to discuss listing our beachfront unit at Bilinga, he and Leisa arrived within hours to assess our requirements. We were returning to Melbourne to beat the border closure, it was a succinct and successful discussion, we agreed to list with David's agency immediately.. The communication regarding all enquiries, open houses and honest feedback was 10/10. David and Leisa were always very friendly, reliable and professional...'straight up' which is a real bonus! Very Best Wishes to the agency and its continuing success!

My wife and I purchased a property from the team at DJ Stringer where we dealt predominately with Leisa, but also David. Both were amazing and we were particularly grateful to Leisa for all her help with inspections, contracts and settlement. This is a very professional and attentive team, many thanks to you Leisa & David.

We purchased a DJ Stringer listed property, and Sold the same property 2 years later with David Stringer. The reason we choose to list with David was because his knowledge, his can do attitude, and the ease of the whole process.

I contacted David after seeing a property I had been previously interested in, and contacted him immediately. I indicated an offer, and asked him to reply ASAP with the Vendors answer. He responded within 15 minutes , with a slight $ negotiation, which I accepted. I was most impressed with his friendly professionalism, which I’m sure had satisfied both parties in this transaction. His assistance in providing information regarding my purchase as to the condition no physical inspection, only viewed online) of the place etc was exemplary.

Probably one of the best realty agents for property management and property sales on the Gold Coast.

David & his team (Leisa & Kellie) were fantastic. They made everything run so smoothly. There was no pressure, no condescension just great advice and simple instructions. We’ve never experienced this process with an agent before. We’ve always felt on guard and trepidation with other agents. Thank you for such a wonderful experience as gorgeous as the home we bought.

David is frighteningly quick, methodical, organised, knowledgeable and personable with a total understanding of his real estate business. He goes above and beyond. His office and staff are happy, helpful and professional at all times. I would totally recommend David and the D.J. Stringer staff for whatever real estate service you require. We have enjoyed the services of D.J. Stringers for over 8 years.
