Like any business/client relationship the client always thinks the business takes too much in commission and fees for what is perceived to be little work. On thinking this also I did however enjoy the relationship and relied heavily on the service provided. It was always professional, efficient and effective. Both parties enjoyed satisfactory results and our relationship was always convivial.

I can't say enough to express my gratitude to David and his team. From the initial meeting at my property David knew exactly what it would take to sell. one of the best and easiest to deal with agents on the coast.I giota great deal on a great property which was all done in less than an hour.One thing that frustrates me with many agents is when they never answer their phone.And then take days to get back to you.No such problems with David Stringer.EVERYTIME i called he answered or got back to me within 5 mins.Cant ask for much more than that. David and his team were so professional, trustworthy and efficient when we handed the property over to them for management and sale. Simone was so efficient with repairs of our unit and we had new tenants in and were receiving a higher return than our previous agent could ever get, or ever wanted to attempt to get for us. Leisa knew the area and had our property on the market and sold within a week!! Sealing the best price we could of hoped for.
