My wife and I dealt directly with David Stringer and his assistance was greatly appreciated. Our Principal Residence is in Brisbane and we contracted to buy a Unit at Palm Beach just prior to the COVID - 19 Restrictions coming into place. Because we were not able to commute to the Gold Coast during these unprecedented times, it became necessary for David and his team to provide additional access and support to facilitate the various inspections that needed to take place as part of the contract. The whole process was complicated by the COVID Restrictions - Solicitors were working from home etc and it is difficult to imagine that we would have been able to fulfill this contract without their help. This was the first time my wife and I had ever purchased a Stata Titled property or dealt with any Real Estate Agents on the Gold Coast, so David’s advice and extensive experience was called on, on a number of occasions. We would both like to thank David and his Team for their assistance and we have no hesitation in providing this recommendation.

It was a pleasure to deal with Deb. Her professionalism, time management, courtesy, credibility and integrity are a credit to her and her profession. Deb re-arranged her diary on a Sunday to allow us a second look at the property we bought - if this had not occurred I doubt we would have travelled back to re-visit. We were slightly concerned about an open house after we had made an offer, however Deb reassured us - as much as she could that - that our offer would be honoured which it was. Deb balanced the needs of her client (wanting the highest price) with that of the consumer (paying lowest price!) meaning she has two parties to please. She handled this with tact and diplomacy. In addition, Deb offered practical, common sense advice after the purchase was confirmed. I would recommend Deb to other potential house buyers and would have no hesitation in using her services, and those of the Agency, again.
