It was a pleasure to deal with Deb. Her professionalism, time management, courtesy, credibility and integrity are a credit to her and her profession. Deb re-arranged her diary on a Sunday to allow us a second look at the property we bought - if this had not occurred I doubt we would have travelled back to re-visit. We were slightly concerned about an open house after we had made an offer, however Deb reassured us - as much as she could that - that our offer would be honoured which it was. Deb balanced the needs of her client (wanting the highest price) with that of the consumer (paying lowest price!) meaning she has two parties to please. She handled this with tact and diplomacy. In addition, Deb offered practical, common sense advice after the purchase was confirmed. I would recommend Deb to other potential house buyers and would have no hesitation in using her services, and those of the Agency, again.
