David recently sold our Villa in Sylvania for a record price. He was, from our first meeting, professional, respectful and so reassuring to us elderly folk. Importantly, he was always available to speak with us, returning calls promptly and was so patient with us. David has a great local knowledge of the area, and we would highly recommend him to sell your home.

We recently sold our home in Sylvania Waters with Dave Watkins, and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Dave is a true local — he knows the area, the people, the culture, and the market inside out, which gave us enormous confidence from day one. We'd seen Dave around the suburb over the years, and the friendly, approachable manner we'd always noticed in passing carried seamlessly into the professional relationship. From the outset, Dave walked us carefully through the entire process, connected us with the right businesses to help present and market the property, and offered clear, honest advice on presentation. What really stood out was his straightforwardness around expectations — no fluff, no overselling, just genuine and transparent guidance. Throughout the campaign, Dave's communication was excellent. He always took the time to keep us informed and up to date, which made what can be a stressful process feel completely manageable. If you're buying or selling in the Sylvania Waters area, Dave Watkins is simply the person to call. Highly recommended — and a sincere thank you to Dave for making the whole experience such a positive one.
