They conduct all the background checks, collect the rent and perform 6 monthly inspections to monitor property condition providing a written report with photos and suggested maintenance issues if any. You have a dedicated property manager assigned to you as a point of contact and a support team that can also help with inquiries. They have an approved list of trades that can sort out maintenance issues and will arrange quotes if requested. I currently have 2 properties with them located in Wyndham City and have been using their services for 7 years without issues.

I've come across many agents from South Eastern and Western suburbs to manage my investment properties. DK Property Partners is the best one I would recommend. The main reasons are their honesty, fairness with the charges, professionalism in their services, and reasonable advice.
