Fantastic Agency

Really happy with our agent
We have been with the same agent since 2007. Initially it was called Sprint Property and now it has been merged with DK Property Partners. We have never had any issues with our agent. Since the property we own is not in the city that we live in, we rely on them to do property inspections, organise small and medium fixes, choose tenants and maintain relationship between us and tenants. We are fortunate that we have such great agents. No trust issues, they have always provided us with an honest advice. I just hope that our relationship continues for many more years with the same level of professionalism accompanied with a personal touch. Thank you guys

As a landlord who lives far away from Melbourne, feeling safe, valued and having the property managed by a great team of people is very important to me.
