Coming from a background in the legal profession in the capacity of paralegal and business development manager, I have dealt with real estate agents over a long period of time so feel qualified to state categorically that Nathan is the consummate professional; a star in an industry often perceived to be teeming with "hungry ghosts"... "[persons] void of any capacity to relate to people...short on integrity, lacking in character, only interested in commission." Nathan is personable and honest in his dealings; he possesses a moral compass. He returns phone calls and keeps you informed. Importantly, he is a builder of good relations. If every real estate agent followed his lead, the "profession" would be a far better place and perceptions of the profession would change. A word about his assistant. Emily is a "gem", a rising star in the real estate profession. When things nearly went off the rails, she immediately acted to see what could be done to keep the train on its' tracks.
