I had been in touch with a person in Nate’s office to arrange a viewing of our potential forever home. We arrived a tad early - he was there. Instantly likeable - casual like we had all the time in the world to look at the house- new the house well although he could get the “special effects” of the lights working! Arranged with the builder to fix a problem the building inspection had identified. Regular text messages throughout the buying process - we felt he really wanted us to have the house and we really wanted to have it. He worked hard to meet both the vendor and our needs- great negotiator! I know there is a generalisation about real estate agents being untrustworthy- Nate is not one of them - he is one of the genuine ones!!
