They clearly had very good knowledge of the area and the market and provided great advice regarding preparing the property for inspection and sale. Throughout the campaign Ashely provided comprehensive updates on the open house sessions and despite the auction day being cold and unpleasant, the work put into the campaign resulted in a good crowd and a great auction result.
