I WAS DEALING WITH PERRY FROM INTERSTATE AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I HAD SOME QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS AND HE NOT ONLY LISTENED BUT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND CREATED BEAUTIFUL SHORT MOVIE ABOUT MY PROPERTY. NOT JUST SOME QUICK SLIDE SHOW FROM THE PICTURES THAT YOU WOULD JUST FINISH BROWSING. TOTALLY OPPOSITE LIKE SOME OTHER LAZY AGENTS DO. NEGOTIABLE WHEN IT COMES TO THE FINANCIAL PART AS WELL.
