Looking for a rental property during the current housing availability crisis on the Central Coast and other regional areas has been nothing short of harrowing and demeaning. With agencies asking for complete applications before they'll grant a property viewing along with the inconsistencies of how a property is represented online (houses I've seen have been literally decrepit) it has been a real nightmare to navigate. The property I viewed with Elly at Phegans Bay was in imaculate condition, was priced very fairly and Elly was both sincere and caring throughout her communications with me during the process of application.
