Justin Rendel from Domain Ettalong has been highly professional, efficient & knowledgeable, he chose the best tenant for my property & trust he will do for the second one. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the office support staff. They need more handymen & other services their books, Being told I can just get my own is not the reason I have a R/E handling my property. the previous tenant caused some issues & was was contacted to be told I needed to deal with it myself again not the reason I have a R/E handling my property. Domain asked for the feedback they got it, what they do with it is down to the Principal. The upside is they do not charge for photos or ask to contribute to the advertising of the property & then take a weeks rent along with it like some others. Domain take a weeks rent & GST on top, personally I think the Agent should pay the GST but that is just personal opinion I am looking forward to a long & peaceful partnership with Domain Ettalong
