I recently sold my apartment prior to auction through Domain Residential. Initially I was going to sell through the agent that was renting the property on my behalf but I changed my mind as I didn't feel comfortable with their approach and their price expectations were $100K higher than the market was reflecting which was unrealistic. Prior to marketing Nik and I discussed my price expectations and he gave his advice on the current market conditions which I agreed with. I sold prior to auction and the price was at the upper end of the price range that we I was hoping for which was great. Nik and his colleague Sam were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process to advise and guide me, so I felt like they were acting on my behalf rather than trying to get a quick sale like most agents do. Selling a property can be stressful so it's great to have a trusted and professional team on your side. I won't use anyone else in the future.
