Nik was very easy to deal with. Although working hard for vendor, as buyers we found he was very approachable, knowledgable & realistic. Nik was very supportive & understanding of our situation when we were waiting for our sale to go through before we could purchase. I liked the way he dealt with the different groups at the open home. He even gave great advice to people who were not quite ready to buy. Thanks alot Nik, we are excited about our new home !!!

Matt worked hard to sell our property in a difficult market. Unfortunately we did not really hear from him once Contracts had been exchanged which was disappointing. At least a call after the purchaser's final inspection on settlement day to say that all was well would have been nice.

Divorce isn't easy especially when one party doesn't want to cooperate. Nick was really easy to work with. Whilst he had the vendors interests at the forefront of what he was trying to achieve it didn't make the process unpleasant for us.
