All were similar, but we chose Donna because of her lower fee structure, and we felt she had the best manner for dealing with a difficult tenant. This was a decision that we never regretted. Donna was wonderful to deal with and obtained a fast sale at a great price. Her original price estimate was spot on, and she really knows the local area and the market. Along the way, she recommended terrific stylists and a carpenter who was reliable and well-priced. After the contract exchange, Donna regularly checked on the property and twice arranged for it to be mowed. Overall, we had a great experience selling with Donna Duncan, if needed, we would use her again and would recommend her to others.
