Shane was very friendly and very approachable, he was always there to help and calm me down with the stresses moving house can be, and always put me at ease . I could ring him anytime and even when he could not answer, got back to me as quick as he could . He is very professional and explained everything along the journey. I would defiantly recommend him .

Worst agent and his agency you can meet in your life. He never picks up your call and if somehow he does he will always divert u to his assistant Meg and if somehow u can get hold of her guess what she doesn’t know anything and always say one sentence, she will ask Shane to give u a call. We bought about $2 million house from them and this is what treatment we got not only that they also didn’t provide full set of keys and after settlement they never picks up our call . Shame on you Shane
