This is the second time this year we have used Shane Donovan and Impact to sell a house and both times we have been impressed and pleased with both the service, professionalism and most of all the result. Shane was clear and concise in his assessment of the property and at what level our expectations should lie, in an honest and no-nonsense way, how the Real Estate Market was working in the present climate. Both Shane and Natalie, plus the whole Impact team who were involved with the sale of 10 Trimble Drive, were professional and great at guiding us through the process, advertising to a very high standard, showing clients the property and eventually closing the sale to our very happy satisfaction. All this took less than 2 weeks so the pressure on us overall was kept to a minimum. I would recommend Shane and the Impact team highly to any one wanting to sell in the areas they are responsible for.
