Most notably though, I would like to call out Natalie's efforts. She never gave up on helping me find a small townhouse, and her can-do professionalism is what ultimately got us across the line. I found her incredibly helpful, even after the sale was done... and I can't say that I have ever experienced this kind of personalized service from a real estate agent before. She would personally text me to let me know a unit had become available, offered to open for a personal inspection, rang me after hours on a Friday to give me feedback on a random request I sent her... and even responded timeously to my emails while she was on leave.
