Not enjoyable
Very unprofessional in the negotiating stage, he was rude when having open conversations about the building report, would never sell through this agent or company at all , even listed our house on domain as being sold for the wrong price which was higher than what we paid for it , apon settlement , I was not contacted about the time to collect keys , I had to follow up myself Not an enjoyable agent to deal with at all

excellent results
we have had off plan townhouses project for Johnny to sell , He has been amazing to deal with , Johnny makes the sale process so easy due to him being personable , knowledgeable and professional also so adaptable to current moving market . excellent results were achieved , so big thank you - Johnny Tod , you are awesome ! we recommend him to anyone !

Great communication all the way through
Always on top of the sales process. Had the property sold without too much fuss. Received great weekly reports. Otherwise would hear from John if a purchaser had a question he would call me and discuss it over a three way phone call. Everyone new what was going on. Great work..

John was great at selling all of our stock in an 8 Town House Project
John did a fantastic job. Kept me in the loop all the way through. If a purchaser had a question would ring me whilst he was with them and I could answer the potential buyer's questions. Very good experience. All sold prior to finishing construction.
