John is very experienced, know the market and works with insight to get his clients the best deal. Sets realistic goals and time frames for his clients, therefore no is getting cross messages about expectations of sale or purchase.

Professional Real Estate Agent
John was very professional and new exactly what was required to to achieve the best end result for us. His market research was excellent and his marketing concept was perfect for the result my wife and I needed to achieve in the end. He is not a pushy sales person and very understanding of peoples needs. I would strongly recommend John to any person who wants to have a smooth and successful sale.

Co -ordinated, Communicated & Completed
John very friendly from the start, gave clear communications as to what services he could provide and the costs, no pressure was exerted as to sales amount along with constant updates as to where the advertising, buyers reports and interest in the property until sold. Worked really well with my solicitor for a seamless sale Thanks John

Excellent agent that went above & beyond to sell our home.
Gary is an excellent agent that is honest, friendly & professional. We have listed & sold two properties with him now & couldn’t be happier with him or the result he got for us. If you want an agent that will go above & beyond to sell your property then Gary is your guy. We had to leave & move away from our home after we had listed it for sale & Gary did everything he could & more to make our property open home ready. He cleaned & mowed lawns, even did the staging of the property & lit candles for the viewings because he knew that’s what I would have done if I were there to do it. We did not ask him to do this, he just did! Nothing was ever a problem for him to sort out & his can do attitude was truly appreciated. Gary is an absolute pleasure to do business with & takes the stress out of selling your home. I recommend him to anyone that is thinking of selling.
