We first met Tim when deciding whether to move to the north coast region. He happily showed us a wide range of properties for us to get a feel for the area. It was twelve months later that we decided on the move and again contacted Tim to help us find a suitable home. Tim showed us a few properties and was very knowledgable about them all. There was never any pressure to purchase a particular home or even one that he had introduced us to. Tim also has a great knowledge of the area and was able to answer a lot of questions for us about services available. Tim was always available to answer any questions we had once we had made a decision on which property to purchase. He negotiated seamlessly with the owners and made the experience a very pleasant one for us. We would highly recommend Tim to assist anyone with the purchase or sale of a property.

I would like to say that after buying a block thru Tim we had no hesitation to use Tim when we decided to sell our property .Tim made our decision to sell our home a great experience. Being a bit older and unsure of how everything went we felt totally confident with the results. Selling in 1 week .No matter how many questions we had he took the time to make sure that we were completely in the process and answered all our questions with full explanations and in a very timely manner I would like also to say that we had quotes from 3 other real estate agents in our area and found that Tim was the most professional and approachable by far . We have known and trusted Warren for over 20yrs and have delt with him on many properties either buying or in this case selling. Warren sold us I first home in Arthur Street and was genuine and had sound Knowledge of the market in Grafton and tells it as it is whether that be good or bad. Warren help us list our property in late December 2015 knowing that things wouldn't happen till late January (that's just the way the Grafton market is)and sure enough he had secured a buyer by late February 2016 with a great offer just under asking price.
