Steve was absolutely first class. Knowledge of the market is extensive and spot on. In a falling market he got me a really good result. Steve really listened and gave me great advice which I had the good sense to heed. He was tenacious in my interest with prospective buyers...was really sensitive to my tenants needs.. and constantly kept me in the loop. He got me 25 K more than I could have expected ..given the market. Steve is really a top operator..treated me as a friend not just a vendor. Anyone I know who has property they want to sell ..I will give them just one name ( and I know plenty of realtors ) .. Steve Dorman !!! My comments are genuine.
