Steve was absolutely first class. Knowledge of the market is extensive and spot on. In a falling market he got me a really good result. Steve really listened and gave me great advice which I had the good sense to heed. He was tenacious in my interest with prospective buyers...was really sensitive to my tenants needs.. and constantly kept me in the loop.
