Steve Dorman is excellent with his great negotiating skills, quick reply when requested for a quote, very professional, conscientious, job done and delivered as promised. After inquiring on the Local Agent site, there were 4 recommendations. Steve was the first person to respond in a matter of hours. Arranged to meet at the property with already a brochure made up for our property plus a thank you card. He's very well prepared. We feel that we were not treated as a number, always available, very accommodating and always have the time to talk over the phone on business matters. Steve secured our reserved price, sold the house in a couple of weeks, very highly recommended. A big thank you to Steve and his team.

We can’t speak too highly of the effort that Maria made in selling our investment home. Right from the first appraisal of the property, she was prepared with a brochure of similar properties that had sold in the area. She’s extremely organised, helpful, honest, and friendly, keeping you totally informed every step of the way. The quality of the advertising campaign was excellent and we sold the house in six days and were very happy with the price.
